Beginning his career in 1995, David Bell quickly ascended through various roles in the transportation industry. His leadership as CEO of Smith-Cargo Transportation led to its successful exit and sale to a Private Equity firm.

With over 30 years in the transportation sector, he co-founded Lean Solutions Group where he successfully led two liquidity events with private equity, and expanded the company to employ over 10,000 individuals in Latin America. David was an instrumental figure in shaping the go-to-market strategies, partnership alignments, and visionary roadmaps for the company.

Brian Work is a visionary technology executive with more than 25 years of experience leading digital transformation across logistics and supply chain powerhouses. As President of CloneOps.ai, he is steering the company’s next phase of growth, bringing AI-driven communication tools to businesses looking to scale smarter and serve better.

Prior to joining CloneOps.ai, Brian held senior leadership positions including Chief Technology Officer at Transportation Insight Holding Company and Coyote Logistics (a UPS Company), as well as Vice President of IT for UPS Freight. At each stage of his career, he has focused on blending operational excellence with cutting-edge innovation, earning a reputation for delivering bold results at scale.

Jason is a product-driven technology executive with over 15 years of experience leading high-impact software and engineering teams. He founded SwanLeap, a TMS that skyrocketed to #1 on the INC 5000 list before its acquisition by NTG.

At NTG, he led the Beon TMS architecture group and launched a generative AI copilot that redefined freight brokerage workflows.

Now at CloneOps.ai, Jason brings that same visionary approach to build the next generation of communication AI agents, reimagining how logistics communicates and operates at scale.

Sasha Jovicic is a seasoned tech innovator with over two decades of expertise, particularly in logistics technology. Sasha has consistently delivered cutting-edge solutions that transform operations and drive efficiency.

His strategic acumen and tech prowess have been pivotal in revolutionizing logistics companies, earning him a reputation for excellence and transformative impact. Whether in the boardroom or the development lab, Sasha's influence is marked by innovation, resilience, and outstanding results.

David has over two decades of expertise in high-level leadership positions within the technology sector. He began his professional journey at IBM, where he played a key role in executing mergers and acquisitions worth over $6 billion as part of their corporate development team.

Moreover, he possesses significant experience in CFO and financial roles, spanning mid-sized companies in various sectors as well as a $150 million retail and manufacturing firm.

David is a customer-centric commercial leader with nearly two decades of experience driving growth across logistics, technology, and SaaS organizations. He's known for pairing strategic vision with hands-on execution to build and scale high-performing sales teams that deliver sustained, enterprise-level results.

Throughout his career, David has led complex go-to-market initiatives, expanded enterprise relationships, and partnered closely with executive teams to accelerate market penetration and strengthen client retention.

His leadership style is rooted in accountability, collaboration, and customer value, key to building durable partnerships across B2B, supply chain, and 3PL markets.

Roger Boza is a Ph.D. candidate at the Knight Foundation School of Computing and Information Sciences at Florida International University, specializing in AI, machine learning, deep learning, computer vision, anomaly detection, and NLP. He holds a Bachelor's and a Master's in Computer Science with a focus on software engineering.

Kyle has over 16 years of experience in logistics and freight brokerage, leading sales and operations at Nolan Transportation Group for over a decade. In 2019, he transitioned to President of Marquee Insurance Group, an agency specializing in trucking and logistics. Most recently, he worked with Sope Creek Capital, focusing on strategic investments in the transportation sector. Now, at CloneOps.ai, Kyle leverages his deep industry expertise to drive growth and innovation in AI-powered logistics solutions.

With deep roots in the transportation industry—from growing up as the son of an owner-operator to leading partnerships at Truckstop—Alan combines firsthand trucking insights with expertise in freight tech and SaaS. At Truckstop, he launched the Partner Marketplace, onboarding over 300 partnerships and earning the 2022 Truckstop CEO Award – Play to Win. Now at CloneOps.ai, Alan is dedicated to driving operational excellence and strategic growth.

Kevin Nolan is a seasoned entrepreneur and influential executive in the freight industry. With an illustrious career that began at C.H. Robinson, Kevin has founded over 15 companies, including the notable OTR Capital and Nolan Transportation Group. These ventures have solidified his reputation as a pioneering force in logistics. Currently spearheading Sope Creek Capital, his Atlanta-based family office, Kevin focuses on providing strategic guidance and capital to industry-leading companies.

Kevin holds an undergraduate degree from Presbyterian College and an MBA from Mercer University, underscoring his solid educational foundation. His commitment to enhancing the logistics sector through innovative business models and strategic investments has made him one of the most respected figures in the industry.

Andrew Leto brings a wealth of logistics and technology expertise to our board of advisors. He co-founded GlobalTranz, building it into a leading third-party logistics company, and later launched Emerge, a digital freight marketplace that leverages advanced technology to optimize freight procurement. Leto’s role as principal at 10-4 Venture Partners highlights his strategic focus on investing in innovative logistics and supply chain technologies. His dual experience in operational logistics and tech-driven investment uniquely positions him to provide valuable insights and guidance for our logistics AI business.
